Full name of Axar Patel is Akshar Rajeshbhai Patel, who was born on January 20 1994 in Anand, Gujarat. Axar developed a passion for sports very early. He started as a fast bowler but changed to left-arm spin after his coach suggested it. This was very crucial decision in his career.
Domestic Cricket
Axar began playing domestic cricket for Gujarat in 2012. He quickly became known in the Ranji Trophy. His consistent performances with both bat and ball caught the attention of selectors and fans.
