The team celebrated the victory with an open-bus parade through Marine Drive inside the Wankhede stadium. The fans with high emotions greeted the team by clapping and shouting. Captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli lifted the trophy and showed it to the huge fans at Wankhede Stadium. At first, the team reached Delhi to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi after that they flowed to Mumbai where celebrations were planned.
